Connecting People to Wildlife, Nature, and Each Other

Zoo Adventure Passport! (ZAP!) programs are learning opportunities for the whole family. Participants can garden, hear stories, talk to guest speakers, and more. These interactive experiences build relationships, teach communication skills, and encourage empathy.

ZAP! is the longest-running community-based program offered by Brookfield Zoo Chicago. This is thanks to the individuals, families, and communities that have supported and shaped the programs over the years.

These activities are led by the King Conservation Leadership Academy.
