Arrive inside The Living Coast to the Penguin Encounter room 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience. Present your tickets digitally to enter. Zoo admission and parking are NOT included.

Changes are not permitted within 48-hours of the scheduled experience. Tickets and program fees will be forfeited if your party is not present at the start time.
