Adults-Only Night at the Zoo with Cocktails and Live Music
Enjoy an unforgettable adults-only evening at the Zoo featuring cocktails, live music, and the rare chance to see the animals after dark. This 21+ after-hours event gives you exclusive access to explore the entire Zoo without daytime crowds — just great drinks, great music, and a vibrant nighttime atmosphere.
Every ticket includes a full evening of after-hours adventure. Start your night in The Pavilions and the East Mall while the Zoo is still open from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., sipping cocktails and enjoying a live DJ set.
Then at 6 p.m., once daytime guests depart, the Zoo becomes exclusively yours. From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., explore the full Zoo grounds at night, wander through your favorite habitats after dark, and experience the unique atmosphere of the Zoo illuminated under the evening sky.
Dance along to live music at East Mall from The Boy Band, attend engaging Zoo Chats, fill out your event passport, and enter to win a prize.

Can I bring a chair to watch the band?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring a lawn chair to enjoy the live music comfortably at East Mall.
Do I need to purchase drinks to attend?
No. You can purchase general admission for $40 and attend the event without buying food or beverages. Drinks and food will be available for purchase throughout the evening if you choose to enjoy them.
Can I walk around the zoo between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. with my ticket?
Absolutely. Your ticket allows you to explore the Zoo while it is still open to daytime guests from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. You may leave The Pavilions at any time and return as long as you are wearing your event wristband.
Is this event strictly 21+?
Yes. This event is strictly for guests ages 21 and older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Babies and children are not permitted.
When do the habitats close?
Animal habitats close 30 minutes before the end of the event.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted as long as you have your event wristband and valid ID.
Are tickets refundable?
All ticket sales are final. This event is non-refundable.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes. The event takes place rain or shine.
Will the animals be out?
The animals always have the choice to be in their habitats or behind the scenes. While we cannot guarantee which animals will be visible, habitats will remain open so you can see how the animals behave at night.
