Originally from Buffalo, NY, John has been working as a Certified Veterinary Technician for nearly 25 years. In addition to serving on the ZARD core leadership team, John is the Director of Operations for the Animal Health, Welfare & Science Department at Brookfield Zoo Chicago. He has been involved with the ZARD from conception and feels fortunate to collaborate in this ambitious and momentous initiative that will be an invaluable source of information. John is excited to see how the ZARD will significantly benefit conservation efforts and advance the level of veterinary care we’re able to provide to the incredible species we’re working collectively to conserve.
